本政策适用于 E-office 产品自身的功能及服务（包括系统登录、即时通讯、通讯录、内置的办公应用），不适用于企业用户通过 E-office 开放平台接入的其他任何第三方提供的产品或服务（以下统称 “ 第三方服务 ” ），您在选择使用第三方服务前应充分了解第三方服务的产品功能及隐私保护政策。

相关定义：
E-office ： E-office 是由泛微提供的一款办公管理通讯工具。 E-office 产品及服务，包括 E-office 服务端（部署在使用企业自己的服务器上）及 E-office 客户端（包括 Windows 、 Mac 、 iOS 、 Android 等多个应用版本）等。
企业用户 ：指购买并部署了 E-office 产品并对这个产品有管理权限的个人或组织，包括但不限于法人、政府机构、其他组织、合伙或个体工商户等（下称 “ 企业用户 ” ）； 企业用户可以通过 E-office 创建其工作平台，并开通账号邀请相关人加入其工作平台成为其最终用户。
E-office 服务端： 指为 E-office 产品提供服务且部署在企业用户自己提供的服务器上的软硬件系统
企业用户管理员 ： 指经企业用户指定，拥有 E-office 系统后台操作权限的个人；企业用户管理员可以一人或多人。
个人用户 ：指被企业用户邀请并通过企业用户为其在后台开通的账号登录使用 E-office 的个人用户，以下称 “ 您 ” 或 “ 最终用户 ” 。
个人信息 ：指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。
个人敏感信息 ：指一旦泄露、非法提供或滥用可能危害人身和财产安全，极易导致个人名誉、身心健康受到损害或歧视性待遇等的个人信息，包括身份证件号码、个人生物识别信息、通信记录和内容、财产信息、行踪轨迹、健康生理信息、交易信息等。
1. 我们收集哪些类型的信息
为了向您和企业用户提供服务、保障服务的正常运行、改进和优化我们的服务以及保障账号安全， E-office 会按照如下方式收集您在使用服务时主动提供、授权提供或因为使用服务而产生的信息：
1.1 账号信息：您首次登录 E-office ，使用的账号及密码信息是由企业用户管理员在后台为您预分配的，您登录系统之后可以通过 E-office 提供的账号密码及个人信息修改功能修改您的账号密码、头像、手机号码、邮箱等个人信息，这些信息将上报到 E-office 服务端 上进行存储，这些信息的归属于企业用户，并由企业用户管理员所管理。泛微公司不会对这些信息进行任何的收集和处理。
1.2 当您使用 E-office 时，为向您及企业用户提供 E-office 产品及服务，维护我们服务的正常运行，改进及优化我们的服务体验以及保障您的账号安全，系统会收集您下述信息：
1.2.1 设备信息：根据您在安装及使用 E-office 过程中的设备型号及授予的权限，我们会收集使用 E-office 的设备相关信息，包括设备型号、操作系统、唯一设备标识符、设备所在 位置信息 （如登录 IP 地址、 GPS 位置以及能够提供相关信息的 Wi-Fi 接入点等相关信息）、 E-office 软件版本号以及设备加速器（如重力感应设备）等。
1.2.2 日志信息：当您使用 E-office 时，系统会收集您对服务使用的日志信息，包括接入网络的方式、类型和状态、网络质量数据、操作日志、服务日志信息。
您 理解并同意，以上信息中均可能被保存并记录在 E-office 服务端，其中的 设备型号、操作系统、使用的软件版本、当前所访问的企业用户 ID 、当前所使用的网络状态等信息将会被传递到泛微 APP 版本升级服务做为升级检测的判断数据。
1.3 为提供办公管理及通讯服务，系统会收集企业用户和该企业用户的最终用户使用 E-office 过程中提交或产生的信息和数据（下称 “ 企业控制数据 ” ），企业控制数据可能包括：
1.3.1 您的姓名、照片、性别、手机号码等企业用户要求您提供的个人信息。
1.3.2 您在使用打卡功能时的地理位置信息及打卡记录、审批记录、聊天过程发送的文本、图片视频等信息。
1.3.3 其他由企业用户提交的数据，如组织架构、审批流程等。
您 理解并同意，这些数据均存储在 E-office 服务端上，企业用户为企业控制数据的控制者，系统仅根据企业用户的指示（包括企业用户以及企业用户管理员通过管理后台进行的操作等）以及我们与企业用户间的协议进行相应的处理。如果 您 对以上企业控制数据的收集目的、范围和使用方式有任何疑问或意见，请联系企业用户管理员处理。
1.4 当企业用户需要启用 E-office 的人脸识别服务时，需要将您的个人照片信息上传到第三方人脸识别服务平台作为人脸识别功能的基础数据。在企业用户要求您上传并由企业用户管理您的照片信息之前， 请确保企业用户已经事先告知并获得您的明确同意，仅收集实现运营及功能目的所必需的您的信息，且已充分告知您相关数据收集的目的、范围及使用方式等。
1.5 当您使用 E-office 的功能中部分功能（如登录系统、审批流程、考勤打卡等）的时候，企业用户为了安全性考虑可能会启用人脸识别对您进行身份核验，这个过程可能会收集您主动提供的 人脸图像信息信息 。上述信息属于敏感信息，拒绝提供该信息仅会使您无法使用对应的功能，但不影响您使用不依赖该功能的的其他功能。
1.6 您理解并同意，部分单项服务可能需要您在您的设备中开启特定的访问权限，以实现这些权限所涉及信息的收集和使用。例如：
1.6.1 在您开启相册和相机（摄像头）权限后，您能够上传、拍摄照片/图片/视频，实现扫码、发布信息和评论、视频聊天等功能，其中拍摄照片/图片和扫码时可以控制闪光灯。
1.6.2 在您开启通讯录权限后，我们可以获取您的通讯录好友信息，以便您在E-office中系统电话和通讯录的手机联系人查看手机通讯录好友。
1.6.3 在您开启麦克风和相关语音权限后，您能够使用语音功能与我们的产品、他人进行信息交互，或与客服联系，以及发送录音文件和语音转文字功能等。
1.6.4 在您开启位置权限后，我们可以获取您的位置信息，以便在反馈评论中显示您的当前位置、聊天发送位置信息等。
1.6.5 在您开启我们可读取/写入您日历的权限后，我们可以获取您的日程时间，以便为您提供记录、提醒等功能。
1.6.6 在您开启读写手机存储权限后，我们可以把一些本地设置数据进行存储，减少您不必要的网络流量，给您提供更加流畅的使用体验。
1.6.7 在您开启了拨打电话和发送短信的权限后，我们可以在系统中点击拨打和发送短信给您的同事和客户联系人。
1.6.8 在您开启了通知权限后，我们可以个性化处理消息到达后的通知栏展示以及相关页面的跳转。若您收到消息后需要有振动提醒，可以开启通知管理中的振动权限；若您需要在离线时也可以收到消息推送，可以选择开启E-office开机自启的权限。
1.6.9 在您开启了蓝牙权限后，可以使用蓝牙 连接您的契约锁设备 。
1.6.10 在您开启了在其他应用上层显示权限（悬浮窗权限）后，您在E-office中打开H5界面时，可以选择悬浮该界面，方便稍后查看；其次您在音频/视频通话时可以选择最小化音频/视频通话的界面。
1.6.11 检索正在运行的应用：用来检测APP进程是否被系统回收；关闭应用：APP出现异常时自动重启。
1.7 来自第三方提供的信息
企业用户可能将企业用户自主开发的或者其他第三方开发的应用发布到 E-office 中提供给您使用， 在使用过程中，这些功能的提供者可能会收集、使用和存储您的相关数据或信息。您在决定是否使用该等服务前，请向企业用户管理员咨询并充分了解其个人信息和隐私保护策略。
特别地，如您使用部分手机厂商（如小米、华为、 VIVO 、 OPPO 等品牌）的手机使用 E-office ，我们接入的上述手机厂商 Push SDK 需要收集手机唯一标识信息（例如 IMEI ），并可能会收集您的手机型号、系统类型、系统版本、设备屏幕尺寸等参数用于实现我们产品信息的推送，具体情况请参见 SDK 运营方的隐私政策或相关声明。
我们所接入的第三方软件开发工具包（SDK）
为了适配在不同手机设备上使用【E-office】以及第三方平台服务，实现您的音视频通话、语音转文字、考勤定位、接收信息推送、登录第三方平台账号、第三方平台分享信息以及云发票管理，【E-office】接入了第三方SDK。【E-office】所接入的部分第三方SDK可能会调用您的设备权限、获取您的相关信息，以便您在不同的手机设备或第三方平台上正常使用相应功能，我们将这些具有个人信息收集功能的第三方SDK的名称、所提供的功能/服务、官网链接、隐私政策链接、申请调用的权限及收集个人信息类型，不同的第三方SDK所调用的设备权限类型以及所获得的信息可能不同，可能包括获取您的位置信息、读/写您的外部存储卡、读取您的手机状态和身份、查看WLAN连接。关于第三方SDK具体调用的设备权限类型，以及如何收集、使用您的个人信息，建议您参考第三方SDK的相关服务协议及隐私政策。如果您希望进一步了解我们所接入的第三方SDK情况，请您阅读第三方SDK情况说明。
1.8 根据相关法律法规规定，以下情形中收集您的信息无需征得您的授权同意：
1.8.1 与国家安全、国防安全有关的。
1.8.2 与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的。
1.8.3 与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的。
1.8.4 出于维护信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的。

2. 我们如何存储这些信息
2.1 信息存储的地点
除了上文特别描述的第三方的信息外，其他信息均存储在企业用户自己的服务器上，如需要了解企业用户服务器所处的具体地理位置，请咨询企业用户管理员。
2.2 信息存储的期限
一般而言，我们仅为实现目的所必需的时间保留您的个人信息。对于企业用户可自主设定留存期限的部分企业控制数据（如聊天记录、文件图片等），系统会根据企业用户的设置留存相关信息。具体的存储规则可以咨询企业用户管理员。
3. 我们如何保护这些信息
3.1 我们会在系统层面努力为用户的信息安全提供保障，以防止信息的丢失、不当使用、未经授权访问或披露。
3.2 我们将在合理的安全水平内建议企业用户使用各种安全保护措施以保障信息的安全。例如，我们会使用加密技术（例如， SSL /TLS ）、匿名化处理等手段来保护您的个人信息。
3.3 因为 E-office 系统是部署在企业用户自己的服务器及网络环境内的系统，所以 E-office 系统部署及运行基础环境的安全性由企业用户提供保障，我们会给与企业用户合理的基础运行环境的安全建议。不同的企业用户会根据自己的安全需求可能会采用不同的安全策略，对于企业用户基础运行环境的保障措施可以咨询企业用户管理员。
4. 我们如何使用信息
4.1 对于使用 E-office 过程中授权系统获取的设备信息、日志信息主要用于保障系统功能的正常运行，不会用户任何其他商业用途。
4.2 对于企业控制数据的使用，请咨询对应的企业用户管理员。
5. 信息的分享及对外提供
除了上文描述中为了保障系统功能的使用， E-office 需要和第三方系统进行交互是会传递必要的数据给第三方系统外，系统本身不会自动共享或转让您的个人信息至第三方。
企业用户是否需要对您提交的数据进行分享和对外提供，请咨询对应的企业用户管理员。
6. 内容和版权
上海泛微网络科技股份有限公司对您在本服务提交的内容没有所有权，这些内容的所有权仍然归您所有。

因为 E-office 产品部署在由企业用户自主控制的服务器上，并由企业用户或其授权的管理人员自行管理和维护，企业用户最终会如何使用这些功能收集信息、存储信息、使用信息需要咨询企业用户的管理人员。本协议只能针对产品中包含的隐私信息收集能力及一般性的收集使用的范围及存储方式进行说明。

E-office : E-office is an office management communication tool provided by Weaver. E-office products and services , including E-office servers ( deployed on the company's own servers) and E-office clients (including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and other app versions) and so on.
Enterprise User : refers to an individual or organization that has purchased and deployed the E-office Product and has management authority over the product, including but not limited to legal persons, government agencies, other organizations, partnerships or individual industrial and commercial enterprises (hereinafter referred to as " Enterprise Users"); Enterprise users can create their work platform through E-office, and open an account to invite relevant people to join their work platform as their end users.
E-office server: refers to the software and hardware system that provides services for E-office products and is deployed on the server provided by enterprise users
Enterprise user administrator : refers to an individual designated by an enterprise user who has the authority to operate in the background of the E-office system; Enterprise user administrators can have one or more people.

1. What types of information we collect
In order to provide services to you and enterprise users, ensure the normal operation of services, improve and optimize our services, and ensure account security, E-office will collect information that you voluntarily provide, authorize to provide, or generate as a result of using the services in the following ways:
1.1 Account information: When you log in to E-office for the first time , the account and password information used is pre-assigned for you by the enterprise user administrator in the background, and after you log in to the system, you can modify your account password, avatar, mobile phone number, email address and other personal information through the account password and personal information modification function provided by E-office, and the information will be reported The e-office server is stored, and this information belongs to the enterprise user and is managed by the enterprise user administrator. Weaver does not collect and process this information.
1.2 When you use E-office, in order to provide you and enterprise users with E-office products and services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience and protect the security of your account, the system will collect the following information from you:
1.2.1 Device information: According to the device model and permissions granted during your installation and use of E-office , we will collect information about the device using E-office , including device model, operating system, unique device identifier, device location information (such as login IP). Address , GPS location, and information such as Wi-Fi access points that can provide relevant information), E-office software version numbers, and device accelerators (such as gravity sensing devices).
1.2.2 Log information: When you use E-office , the system will collect the log information of your use of the service, including the method, type and status of accessing the network, network quality data, operation logs, and service log information.
You understand and agree that the above information may be saved and recorded in the E-office server , and the device model, operating system, software version used, currently accessed enterprise user ID, current network status and other information will be transmitted to the WeInfo APP The version upgrade service serves as the judgment data for upgrade detection.
1.3 In order to provide office management and communication services, the system will collect information and data submitted or generated by the enterprise user and the end users of the enterprise user in the process of using E-office (hereinafter referred to as "enterprise control data "), enterprise control data may include:
1.3.1 Your name, photo, gender, mobile phone number and other personal information that enterprise users ask you to provide.
1.3.2 The geographic location information and information sent during the chat process when you use the check-in function, as well as the clock-in records, approval records, texts, pictures and videos sent during the chat process.
1.3.3 Other data submitted by enterprise users, such as organizational structure, approval process, etc.
You understand and agree that these data are stored on the E-office server, and the enterprise user is the controller of the enterprise control data, and the system will only process it according to the instructions of the enterprise user (including the operation of the enterprise user and the enterprise user administrator through the management background, etc.) and the agreement between us and the enterprise user. If you have any questions or comments about the purpose, scope and use of the above enterprise control data, please contact the enterprise user administrator.
1.4 When enterprise users need to enable E-office's face recognition service , they need to upload your personal photo information to the third-party face recognition service platform as the basic data of the face recognition function. Before the Enterprise User asks you to upload and the Business User manages your photo information, please ensure that the Business User has informed and obtained your explicit consent in advance, only collects the information necessary to achieve the operational and functional purposes, and has fully informed you of the purpose, scope and use of the relevant data collection.
1.5 When you use some of the functions of E-office (such as login system, approval process, attendance clock-in, etc.), enterprise users may enable face recognition to verify your identity for security considerations, and this process may collect the face image information you actively provide . The above information is sensitive information, and refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the corresponding function, but will not affect your use of other functions that do not rely on this function.
1.6 You understand and agree that some individual services may require you to enable specific access rights on your device to achieve the collection and use of the information involved in these permissions. For example:
1.6.1 After you enable the album and camera (camera) permissions, you can upload and take photos/pictures/videos to realize functions such as code scanning, posting information and comments, video chat, etc., in which you can control the flash when taking photos/pictures and scanning codes.
1.6.2 After you enable the address book permission, we can obtain your address book friend information, so that you can view your mobile address book friends in the system phone and address book mobile phone contacts in E-office.
1.6.3 After you turn on the microphone and related voice permissions, you can use the voice function to interact with our products, others, or contact customer service, and send recording files and voice-to-text functions.
1.6.4 After you turn on location permissions, we can obtain your location information in order to display your current location in feedback comments, chat to send location information, etc.
1.6.5 After you enable us to read/write your calendar, we can obtain your schedule time in order to provide you with records, reminders and other functions.
1.6.6 After you enable the ability to read and write mobile phone storage, we can store some local setting data to reduce your unnecessary network traffic and provide you with a smoother experience.
1.6.7 After you enable the permission to make calls and send SMS, we can click to make and send SMS to your colleagues and customer contacts in the system.
1.6.8 After you enable the notification permission, we can personalize the notification bar display after the message arrives and the jump of related pages. If you need to have a vibration reminder after receiving a message, you can enable the vibration permission in notification management; If you need to receive message push when you are offline, you can choose to enable E-office to start the boot permission.
1.6.9 After you enable the Bluetooth permission, you can use Bluetooth to connect to your contract lock device.
1.6.10 After you enable the upper display permission (floating window permission) of other applications, when you open the H5 interface in E-office, you can choose to float the interface for later viewing; Secondly, you can choose to minimize the interface of audio/video calls when making audio/video calls.
1.6.11 Retrieve running applications: used to detect whether the APP process has been recycled by the system; Close the app: The APP will be automatically restarted when there is an abnormality.
1.7 Information from third parties
Enterprise users may publish applications developed by enterprise users or other third-party development to E-office for you to use, and the providers of these functions may collect, use and store your relevant data or information during use. Before you decide whether to use such services, please consult with the enterprise user administrator and fully understand their personal information and privacy protection policies.
In particular, if you use the mobile phone of some mobile phone manufacturers (such as Xiaomi, Huawei, VIVO , OPPO and other brands) to use E-office, the Push SDK of the above mobile phone manufacturer we access needs to collect unique mobile phone identification information (such as IMEI). ), and may collect your mobile phone model, system type, system version, device screen size and other parameters to achieve the push of our product information, please refer to the SDK operator's privacy policy or relevant statement for details.
Third-party software development kits (SDKs) we connect to
In order to adapt to the use of [E-office] and third-party platform services on different mobile devices, realize your audio and video calls, voice to text, attendance positioning, receiving information push, logging in to third-party platform accounts, third-party platform sharing information and cloud invoice management, [E-office] accesses third-party SDKs. Some third-party SDKs accessed by [ E-office] may call your device permissions and obtain your relevant information, so that you can use the corresponding functions normally on different mobile devices or third-party platforms, and we will use these third-party SDKs with personal information collection functions name, function/service provided, link to official website, link to privacy policy, permission to request access and type of personal information collected, type of device permission called by different third-party SDKs and information obtained may be different, which may include obtaining your location information, reading/writing your external memory card, reading your mobile phone status and identity, and viewing Wi-Fi connection. 3.3 Because the E-office system is a system deployed in the enterprise user's own server and network environment, the security of the basic environment of the deployment and operation of the E-office system is guaranteed by the enterprise user, and we will give the enterprise user reasonable security advice on the basic operating environment. 相關定義：
E-office ：E-office是由泛微提供的一款辦公管理通訊工具。 E-office產品及服務，包括E-office服務端（部署在使用企業自己的伺服器上）及E-office用戶端（包括Windows、Mac、 iOS、Android等多個應用版本）等。
企業使用者 ：指購買並部署了E-office產品並對這個產品有管理許可權的個人或組織，包括但不限於法人、政府機構、其他組織、合夥或個體工商戶等（下稱“企業使用者”）; 企業用戶可以通過E-office創建其工作平臺，並開通帳號邀請相關人加入其工作平臺成為其最終使用者。
E-office 服務端： 指為E-office產品提供服務且部署在企業使用者自己提供的伺服器上的軟硬體系統
企業使用者管理員 ： 指經企業使用者指定，擁有E-office系統後台操作許可權的個人; 企業使用者管理員可以一人或多人。
個人使用者 ：指被企業使用者邀請並通過企業使用者為其在後台開通的賬號登錄使用E-office的個人使用者，以下稱“您”或“最終使用者”。
個人資訊 ：指以電子或者其他方式記錄的能夠單獨或者與其他資訊結合識別特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活動情況的各種資訊。
個人敏感資訊 ：指一旦洩露、非法提供或濫用可能危害人身和財產安全，極易導致個人名譽、身心健康受到損害或歧視性待遇等的個人資訊，包括身份證件號碼、個人生物識別資訊、通信記錄和內容、財產資訊、行蹤軌跡、健康生理資訊、交易資訊等。
1. 我們收集哪些類型的資訊
為了向您和企業使用者提供服務、保障服務的正常運行、改進和優化我們的服務以及保障帳號安全， E-office 會按照如下方式收集您在使用服務時主動提供、授權提供或因為使用服務而產生的資訊：
1.1 帳號資訊：您首次登錄 E-office ，使用的賬號及密碼資訊是由企業使用者管理員在後台為您預分配的，您登錄系統之後可以通過 E-office 提供的帳號密碼及個人資訊修改功能修改您的帳號密碼、頭像、手機號碼、郵箱等個人資訊，這些資訊將上報到 E-office 服務端 上進行存儲，這些資訊的歸屬於企業使用者，並由企業使用者管理員所管理。 泛微公司不會對這些資訊進行任何的收集和處理。
1.2 當您使用 E-office 時，為向您及企業使用者提供E-office產品及服務，維護我們服務的正常運行，改進及優化我們的服務體驗以及保障您的帳號安全，系統會收集您下述資訊：
1.2.1 設備資訊：根據您在安裝及使用E-office過程中的設備型號及授予的許可權，我們會收集使用E-office的設備相關信息，包括設備型號、操作系統、唯一設備標識符、設備所在 位置資訊 （如登錄IP 位址、GPS位置以及能夠提供相關信息的Wi-Fi接入點等相關信息）、E-office軟體版本號以及設備加速器（如重力感應設備）等。
1.2.2 日誌資訊：當您使用E-office時，系統會收集您對服務使用的日誌資訊，包括接入網路的方式、類型和狀態、網路質量數據、操作日誌、服務日誌資訊。
您 理解並同意，以上資訊中均可能被保存並記錄在E-office服務端，其中的 設備型號、操作系統、使用的軟體版本、當前所訪問的企業使用者ID、當前所使用的網路狀態等資訊將會被傳遞到泛微APP 版本升級服務做為升級檢測的判斷數據。
1.3 為提供辦公管理及通訊服務，系統會收集企業使用者和該企業使用者的最終使用者使用E-office過程中提交或產生的信息和數據（下稱“企業控制數據”），企業控制數據可能包括：
1.3.1 您的姓名、照片、性別、手機號碼等企業使用者要求您提供的個人資訊。
1.3.2 您在使用打卡功能時的地理位置資訊及打卡記錄、審批記錄、聊天過程發送的文本、圖片視頻等資訊。
1.3.3 其他由企業使用者提交的數據，如組織架構、審批流程等。
您 理解並同意，這些數據均存儲在E-office服務端上，企業使用者為企業控制數據的控制者，系統僅根據企業使用者的指示（包括企業使用者以及企業使用者管理員通過管理後台進行的操作等）以及我們與企業用戶間的協議進行相應的處理。 如果 您 對以上企業控制數據的收集目的、範圍和使用方式有任何疑問或意見，請聯繫企業使用者管理員處理。
1.4 當企業使用者需要啟用E-office的人臉識別服務時，需要將您的個人照片資訊上傳到第三方人臉識別服務平臺作為人臉識別功能的基礎數據。 在企業使用者要求您上傳並由企業使用者管理您的照片資訊之前， 請確保企業用戶已經事先告知並獲得您的明確同意，僅收集實現運營及功能目的所必需的您的資訊，且已充分告知您相關數據收集的目的、範圍及使用方式等。
1.5 當您使用E-office的功能中部分功能（如登錄系統、審批流程、考勤打卡等）的時候，企業使用者為了安全性考慮可能會啟用人臉識別對您進行身份核驗，這個過程可能會收集您主動提供的 人臉圖像資訊資訊 。 上述資訊屬於敏感資訊，拒絕提供該資訊僅會使您無法使用對應的功能，但不影響您使用不依賴該功能的的其他功能。
1.6 您理解並同意，部分單項服務可能需要您在您的設備中開啟特定的訪問許可權，以實現這些許可權所涉及資訊的收集和使用。 例如：
1.6.1 在您開啟相冊和相機（攝像頭）許可權后，您能夠上傳、拍攝照片/圖片/視頻，實現掃碼、發佈資訊和評論、視頻聊天等功能，其中拍攝照片/圖片和掃碼時可以控制閃光燈。
1.6.2 在您開啟通訊錄許可權后，我們可以獲取您的通訊錄好友資訊，以便您在E-office中系統電話和通訊錄的手機聯繫人查看手機通訊錄好友。
1.6.3 在您開啟麥克風和相關語音許可權后，您能夠使用語音功能與我們的產品、他人進行資訊交互，或與客服聯繫，以及發送錄音檔和語音轉文字功能等。
1.6.4 在您開啟位置許可權后，我們可以獲取您的位置資訊，以便在反饋評論中顯示您的當前位置、聊天發送位置資訊等。
1.6.5 在您開啟我們可讀取/寫入您日曆的許可權后，我們可以獲取您的日程時間，以便為您提供記錄、提醒等功能。
1.6.6 在您開啟讀寫手機存儲許可權后，我們可以把一些本地設置數據進行存儲，減少您不必要的網路流量，給您提供更加流暢的使用體驗。
1.6.7 在您開啟了撥打電話和發送簡訊的許可權后，我們可以在系統中點擊撥打和發送簡訊給您的同事和客戶聯繫人。
1.6.8 在您開啟了通知許可權后，我們可以個人化處理消息到達后的通知欄展示以及相關頁面的跳轉。 若您收到消息后需要有振動提醒，可以開啟通知管理中的振動許可權; 若您需要在離線時也可以收到消息推送，可以選擇開啟E-office開機自啟的許可權。
1.6.9 在您開啟了藍牙許可權后，可以使用藍牙 連接您的契約鎖設備。
1.6.10 在您開啟了在其他應用上層顯示許可權（懸浮窗許可權）后，您在E-office中打開H5介面時，可以選擇懸浮該介面，方便稍後查看; 其次您在音訊/視頻通話時可以選擇最小化音訊/視頻通話的介面。
1.6.11 檢索正在運行的應用：用來檢測APP進程是否被系統回收; 關閉應用：APP出現異常時自動重啟。
1.7 來自第三方提供的資訊
企業使用者可能將企業使用者自主開發的或者其他第三方開發的應用發佈到E-office中提供給您使用， 在使用過程中，這些功能的提供者可能會收集、使用和存儲您的相關數據或資訊。 您在決定是否使用該等服務前，請向企業使用者管理員諮詢並充分瞭解其個人資訊和隱私保護策略。
特別地，如您使用部分手機廠商（如小米、華為、VIVO、OPPO等品牌）的手機使用E-office，我們接入的上述手機廠商Push SDK需要收集手機唯一標識資訊（例如IMEI ），並可能會收集您的手機型號、系統類型、系統版本、設備螢幕尺寸等參數用於實現我們產品資訊的推送，具體情況請參見SDK運營方的隱私政策或相關聲明。
我們所接入的第三方軟體開發工具套件（SDK）
為了適配在不同手機設備上使用【E-office】以及第三方平臺服務，實現您的音視頻通話、語音轉文字、考勤定位、接收資訊推送、登錄第三方平台帳號、第三方平臺分享資訊以及雲發票管理，【E-office】接入了第三方SDK。 【E-office】所接入的部分第三方SDK可能會調用您的設備許可權、獲取您的相關信息，以便您在不同的手機設備或第三方平臺上正常使用相應功能，我們將這些具有個人資訊收集功能的第三方SDK 的名稱、所提供的功能/服務、官網鏈接、隱私政策鏈接、申請調用的許可權及收集個人資訊類型，不同的第三方SDK所調用的設備許可權類型以及所獲得的資訊可能不同，可能包括獲取您的位置資訊、讀/寫您的外部存儲卡、讀取您的手機狀態和身份、查看WLAN連接。 關於第三方SDK具體調用的設備許可權類型，以及如何收集、使用您的個人資訊，建議您參考第三方SDK的相關服務協議及隱私政策。 如果您希望進一步了解我們所接入的第三方SDK情況，請您閱讀第三方SDK情況說明。
1.8 根據相關法律法規規定，以下情形中收集您的資訊無需徵得您的授權同意：
1.8.1 與國家安全、國防安全有關的。
1.8.2 與公共安全、公共衛生、重大公共利益有關的。
1.8.3 與犯罪偵查、起訴、審判和判決執行等有關的。
1.8.4 出於維護信息主體或其他個人的生命、財產等重大合法權益但又很難得到您本人同意的。

請您理解，我們向您提供的功能和服務是不斷更新和發展的，如果某一功能或服務未在前述說明中且需要收集你的資訊，我們會通過頁面提示、交互流程、網站公告等方式另行向您說明資訊收集的內容、範圍和目的，以徵得您的同意。
2. 我們如何存儲這些資訊
2.1 資訊存儲的地點
除了上文特別描述的第三方的資訊外，其他資訊均存儲在企業使用者自己的伺服器上，如需要了解企業用戶伺服器所處的具體地理位置，請諮詢企業使用者管理員。
2.2 資訊存儲的期限
一般而言，我們僅為實現目的所必需的時間保留您的個人資訊。 對於企業使用者可自主設定留存期限的部分企業控制數據（如聊天記錄、文件圖片等），系統會根據企業使用者的設置留存相關信息。 具體的存儲規則可以諮詢企業使用者管理員。
3. 我們如何保護這些資訊
3.1 我們會在系統層面努力為用戶的資訊安全提供保障，以防止信息的丟失、不當使用、未經授權訪問或披露。
3.2 我們將在合理的安全水準內建議企業使用者使用各種安全保護措施以保障資訊的安全。 例如，我們會使用加密技術（例如，SSL /TLS）、匿名化處理等手段來保護您的個人資訊。
3.3 因為E-office系統是部署在企業使用者自己的伺服器及網路環境內的系統，所以E-office系統部署及運行基礎環境的安全性由企業使用者提供保障，我們會給與企業使用者合理的基礎運行環境的安全建議。 不同的企業用戶會根據自己的安全需求可能會採用不同的安全策略，對於企業使用者基礎運行環境的保障措施可以諮詢企業使用者管理員。
4. 我們如何使用資訊
4.1 對於使用E-office過程中授權系統獲取的設備資訊、日誌資訊主要用於保障系統功能的正常運行，不會使用者任何其他商業用途。
4.2 對於企業控制數據的使用，請諮詢對應的企業使用者管理員。
5. 資訊的分享及對外提供
除了上文描述中為了保障系統功能的使用，E-office需要和第三方系統進行交互是會傳遞必要的數據給第三方系統外，系統本身不會自動共享或轉讓您的個人資訊至第三方。
企業使用者是否需要對您提交的數據進行分享和對外提供，請諮詢對應的企業使用者管理員。
6. 內容和版權
上海泛微網路科技股份有限公司對您在本服務提交的內容沒有擁有權，這些內容的擁有權仍然歸您所有。
